Return Policy

Returns: 
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.  If you found a manufacturer defect with your product, please see the warranty link at the bottom of the page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds: 
Once we receive your return, we will refund according to policy. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 3 days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds: 
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should email us at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com to receive return shipping information.

Return/Initial Shipping Costs:

For non-seller faulted returns, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost of initial shipping we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
