Return Policy

Returns: 
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.  If you found a manufacturer defect with your product, please see the warranty link at the bottom of the page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Refunds: 
Once we receive your return, we will refund according to policy. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be initiated to your original method of payment within 3 days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds: 
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should email us at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com to receive return shipping information.

Return Shipping Costs:

For non-seller faulted returns, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost of initial shipping we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.  If your package was returned to us by the carrier, due to an undeliverable address, a refund will be issued upon return, minus the shipping charges we incurred.
