Warranty

Our warranty covers every product that we make.  We strive to use the best materials for all of our jewelry and clothing accessories and in doing so, we are able to offer a one year warranty* against defects, outside of our normal 30 day return period.  This warranty does not include any additional shipping paid on top of the item/s price.

 

Defects may include:

  • Broken Chains
  • Tarnishing
  • Rusting
  • Corrosion
  • Failed Clasp
  • Fraying Fabric

 

If you discover a defect within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace your product or refund if a replacement is not available.  Just email us at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com with the following information and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours with a resolution.

* Warranty is for a one time replacement (or refund if replacement is not available) of any eligible product.  Customer must contact Clayton Jewelry Labs at contact@claytonjewelrylabs.com within one calendar year of the date of purchase to qualify for the warranty.  Warranty covers the following manufacturer defects; broken chains, tarnishing, rusting, corrosion, failed clasps, and frayed fabric.  Warranty does not cover unusual wear and tear outside of normal use including but not limited to: use of chemicals (such as use in chlorinated pools**), excessive/harsh washing and destruction (running over with a vehicle, dropping, etc).  Photo/s of the defective product must be clear enough to make out the issue.

** Chlorine can destroy the passive film on the surface of the stainless steel, which protects it from erosion.  If this film is degraded from excessive or repeated exposure to chlorine, you may start to see rust or discoloration appear over a short period of time.
